Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your MonkAndMonkey account and associated app data from inside the app or from this web page.
In the App
Sign in, open Settings, go to Danger Zone or Account deletion, then submit the deletion request.
On the Web
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address on your MonkAndMonkey account and include “Account deletion request” in the subject.
Delete Selected Data Without Deleting Your Account
You can delete individual tasks, habits, goals, and journal entries in the app. To request deletion of selected app data, email us from the address on your MonkAndMonkey account and tell us which records or categories to remove. Do not include private journal text or health details in the email.
Request deletion of selected data
We may verify account ownership before processing the request. Your account and data you did not ask us to remove will remain. We will explain any limited records we must retain for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution and confirm when the request is complete.
What Gets Deleted
We delete account data associated with your MonkAndMonkey account, including tasks, sessions, habits, goals, journal entries, profile preferences, and related productivity data.
We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Timing
We review deletion requests promptly and will email you when the request is complete or if we need additional verification.
